Global Enterprise Managers Inc., CES International form strategic alliance

Philadelphia

Global Enterprise Managers, Inc. (GEM) announces an alliance with CES International to incorporate process solutions of the service restoration function into the delivery cycle of CES International Centricity products.

This alliance combines GEM’s experience and knowledge of the business processes and technologies associated with outage restoration and service dispatch with CES International’s comprehensive real-time operations resource management (ORM) applications. GEM and CES International will develop a baseline business process model to consolidate service restoration processes with the Centricity ORM model application.

The GEMWorX FlowModeler, GEM’s business process modeling suite, will be used to build a comprehensive model of Centricity ORM processes. GEMWorX FlowModeler provides end-to-end business process information solutions in an easy-to-use software package. People need to be able to quickly locate reference documents or job specific responsibilities; GEM and CES International will use the GEMWorX FlowModeler’s “one-stop shopping” approach to integrate all relevant business data.

“We are excited about working with CES International,” said Craig Andrews, President and CEO of GEM. “We have helped several CES International customers to implement core business processes around the Centricity ORM and have successfully developed processes for service restoration improvement and training. We believe that our solutions

will enable CES International to share business process knowledge in an environment that will enhance its customers’ performance.”

“We have worked very successfully with GEM on several customer projects in recent years, and we are now looking forward to expanding our relationship by offering the benefits of the GEMWorX FlowModeler business process modeling suite to our Centricity customers worldwide,” said Don McDonnell, Chief Marketing Officer for CES International.

The new agreement calls for CES International to resell the GEMWorX FlowModeler as an optional component to the CES International Centricity suite.
