Governors urge Congress to clear up sites

WASHINGTON, Sept. 29, 2000 (The Hartford Courant)–The governors of Connecticut, Maine and Massachusetts on Thursday urged Congress to require the Department of Energy’s prompt removal of spent nuclear fuel from their decommissioned power plants.
