Green Bay, Wis.-based utility unveils plan for power deregulation

Oct. 18, 2000 (Knight Ridder/Tribune) –Wisconsin Public Service Corp. on Tuesday unveiled its own plan for massive deregulation of the state’s power industry.

Mark Schweiker today announced a series of statewide town meetings this fall to seek input for implementing standards for Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
