H Power and ECO back proposed federal tax credit for fuel cell buyers

The bill, sponsored by Representatives Nancy L. Johnson (R-CT) and Michael R. McNulty (D-NY), was introduced today in the House.

HOUSTON, March 28, 2001 – American Energy Services, Inc. (AES) confirmed today that the Company is continuing high level negotiations at its corporate headquarters with officials of Mexico’s state-run oil company Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX). PEMEX is the fifth largest oil company in the world. The parties are continuing meetings begun in Mexico to discuss the establishment of freestanding, mini-distillation units at PEMEX facilities which will convert waste oil onsite into #2 Diesel and #3 heating oil.
