ICR Systems Inc. opens new service area in Gainesville, Ga., area

ORLANDO, Fla., July 14, 2003 — ICR Systems Inc.’s subsidiary, ICR Systems of Georgia, Inc. will be begin offering electrical service to the Gainesville, Georgia area beginning September 1, 2003. This new operating unit of ICR Systems of Georgia will operate under the ICR Electrical Services name.

Additionally, in advance of the anticipated roll-out of new service areas throughout Georgia, ICR Systems of Georgia, Inc. has established a new toll-free telephone number for customers throughout the state. The new number is toll-free: 866 ICR OF GA or (866-427-6342).

In other company news, Meehan Electric Company, a subsidiary of ICR Systems, Inc., announced that the 6th Annual Meehan Electric Charity Golf Tournament will be held September 26, 2003. The tournament will be for the benefit of the Athens Area Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
