Awards in customer service and utility marketing

Electric Light & Power, the official conference publication of Chartwell’s 7th International Energy Marketing and Customer Service Conference and Expo (EMACS), and Chartwell join to announce their Projects of the Year Awards, which recognize excellence in customer service and utility marketing. The awards honor the most innovative customer service initiatives or application implementations and the most creative, attractive and effective utility marketing efforts undertaken by electric and/or gas utilities in the last year.

Customer service project entries must represent either new CIS/CRM implementations, add-on or significant upgrades to existing systems. Call center technology implementations are also eligible. Initiatives involving innovative management practices are also eligible for nomination.

Utility marketing projects/campaigns that communicate with customers, media, the general public or a utility’s employees are eligible for nomination. Newletters, newspaper, magazine and trade publication campaigns, Internet/intranet projects, and employee publications are eligible.

Award winners will be recognized in an exclusive feature article in Electric Light & Power magazine (September/October 2004 issue) and during EMAC’s in Scottsdale, Ariz., Oct. 26-29, 2004.

Entry deadline is July 16, 2004.
