ISO New England blames availability dip on new plants

HOUSTON, June 15, 2001 — New England’s grid operator should closely monitor new combined cycle power plants which performed poorly during the past 2 years, according to new analysis of the region’s power plant availability.

Oakland, CA, June 12, 2001 — ABB Energy Interactive, Inc. (ABB EI) announced today that two more California utilities have signed contracts to implement ABB’s Energy Profiler Online (EPO) to manage a variety of mandatory and voluntary load curtailment programs.
