LG&E Power may sell interests in Virginia plants

Under the agreement, the plant owners and Dominion Virginia Power may exercise their respective Put and Call rights during early 2001. If exercised, the purchase price is a combination of cash and the assumption of the projects’ contracts and debts. LG&E Power owns 50 percent of the respective projects, which began commercial operations in 1992.

FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 4, 2000 (PRNewswire) – First Choice Power Inc. today announced it has filed with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to become registered as a retail energy provider.
