Midwest ISO files to intervene in New York ISO case

The Midwest ISO has an interest in this proceeding because it involves legal issues surrounding a market participant’s challenge of a payment in full principle established under a commission-approved OATT, which OATT requires that “amounts in dispute” are required to be paid in full without delay, subject to after-the-fact billing adjustments once the underlying dispute is ultimately resolved.
