Moody’s assigns A2 credit rating on Sacramento municipal utility district despite power situation

Moody’s Investors Service has assigned the A2 senior lien credit rating on SMUD’s revenue bonds in connection with the district’s sale of $265 million of electric revenue bonds.

OKLAHOMA CITY, May 24, 2001 – Emphasizing a strong commitment to the core values that have attracted investors to OGE Energy Corp., the company’s chairman, president and CEO, Steven E. Moore, today told shareowners ‘we believe we can do more.’
