Moody’s reports supply pressures for only a few Pennsylvania-N.J.-Maryland electric utilities

The only utilities that the rating agency sees as vulnerable are Metropolitan Edison and Pennsylvania Electric, which must rely on regulators to recover the costs of spot market power purchases and as a result already have their A2 ratings under review.
