Most Americans favor power deregulation, survey finds

Oct. 28, 2000 (Knight Ridder/Tribune)—A majority of U.S. residents favor the deregulation of electricity markets, even as deregulation in California has led to surging power bills for some of the state’s customers, a new study says.
