National Grid announces executive management changes

Michael E. Jesanis has been elected executive vice president of National Grid U.S.A; Cheryl A. LaFleur has been elected president of National Grid U.S.A’s electricity distribution companies — Massachusetts Electric Company, The Narragansett Electric Company, Granite State Electric Company, and Nantucket Electric Company; Lawrence J. Reilly has been elected senior vice president and general counsel for National Grid U.S.A; and John G. Cochrane has been elected vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer of National Grid U.S.A.

CROWLEY, Texas, Dec. 20, 2000 (PRNewswire) — AZZ incorporated (NYSE: AZZ), formerly Aztec Manufacturing Co., a manufacturer of electrical products and a provider of galvanizing services, today announced financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2001, ended November 30, 2000. Revenues for the quarter were a record $32.1 million compared to $24.7 million for the comparable quarter last year; an increase of 30%.
