Navigant Consulting announces completion of first customer care benchmarking study

A second PCS Benchmarking Study will be conducted later this year. The study employed a rigorous approach to analyzing productivity and satisfaction by process step, allowing one to analyze data across companies. The study also developed call center benchmark data for other industries including financial, travel and telephone services.
