New study ranks states on energy and carbon emissions trends

These large reductions lowered energy bills for consumers and businesses, cut pollutant emissions, and reduced our dependence on oil imports according to a new study, National and State Energy Use and Carbon Emissions Trends, issued by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE).
