Novo and Go2map launch first mobile Internet-based tracking service in China

The Tian Nuo system is based on Novo’s mTrack product which tracks vehicles with the help of GPS satellites and transfers the tracking information over wireless networks and the Internet.

WASHINGTON, D.C., Dec. 13, 2000 – A group of electric transmission owners today informed the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator of their intent to withdraw from the Midwest ISO if three other members leave the organization. A filing will be made shortly with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
