Oregon summit to examine California energy crisis

The Western Governors Association is sponsoring the conference to address unprecedented problems with price and reliability of energy supplies on the West Coast.

NEW YORK, NY, Jan. 30, 2001 – Moody’s Investors Service changed the outlook for the ratings of Puget Sound Energy, Inc. (PSE) to negative from stable to reflect the potential for significant changes in the level of regulatory support from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) relating to recovery of costs to service the utility’s customers.
