Orion prices exceed top of range in IPO

The company’s price had climbed to $20 per share on Monday – the top of its estimated price range of $17 to $20. The company raised $550 million by selling 27.5 million shares at the $20 offering price. The deal was managed by lead underwriter Goldman Sachs. The company originally proposed selling 25 million shares. It starts trading today under the symbol (ORN) on the New York Stock Exchange.
