Peace software, PricewaterhouseCoopers join forces in energy e-commerce deal

Under the terms of the alliance, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Peace will seek opportunities to market PricewaterhouseCoopers customer relationship management strategy, process and technology services, and Peace’s Energy suite, an advanced web-based solution developed specifically for the complexities of the deregulating energy industry. Peace’s comprehensive Energy suite provides integrated e-Commerce, customer care and self-service, billing and commodity management to enable energy retailers to be more competitive while providing excellent customer service.

BALTIMORE, Nov 6, 2000 (PRNewswire via COMTEX) – CES International announced today that Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) in an effort to enhance customer service, has selected the CES International Centricity software suite. Centricity will give the Maryland utility the ability to restore power quicker during outages and improve day-to-day reliability by automating the management and monitoring of daily network operations.
