Personnel Changes and Promotions has named S. Murthy Divakaruni as business development vice president. Divakaruni came to from Energy and Technology Enterprises, a consulting firm he founded in 1999. Prior to that he held positions at Tejas Power Generation, EPRI and General Electric.

Teldata Solutions has appointed Robert Jenkins as president and CEO, replacing interim president Graham Nicoll. Prior to the appointment, Jenkins was chief financial officer and vice president revenue cycle services for Teldata.

KEMA Consulting has named two new senior principal consultants: Stipe Fustar and Foroud Arsanjani. Arsanjani, who will also serve as energy services manager, previously held a variety of management and engineering positions during his 14 years with Virginia Power. Fustar brings to KEMA more than 20 years of experience as a systems designer and developer in the electric utility industry.

Peace Software, a provider of Web-based customer information systems, has named Brian Jones as its eastern regional sales manager. Prior to joining Peace, Jones was a regional sales director at SPL and spent more than 11 years at Dayton Power & Light.

Gerald Rhodes has been elected president of Exelon Energy as well as a PECO Energy Co. vice president. Rhodes joins PECO Energy following two years as vice president and chief marketing officer for Aerial Communications Inc. in Chicago.

Mark Epstein, Convergent Group`s public sector business practice executive vice president, has been elected to the Geospatial Information and Technology Association (GITA) board of directors. He is one of the founders of Convergent Group and is responsible for information system project implementation activities focusing on the management and integration of spatial information.

Whisper Communications has added William Burnett, GRI end-use business unit vice president and general manager, and Clayton Rose, J.P. Morgan`s Global Equities Group Inc. managing director, to its board of directors.
