PlanGraphics Inc. establishes new role for Fred Beisser


Frankfort, KY, July 12, 2002 – PlanGraphics Inc. has expanded the responsibilities for Fred Beisser who now serves as Senior Vice President of Finance.

In his new role, Beisser will be responsible for shareholder and investor communications and programs, as well as periodic and annual reporting to and compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Beisser joined the predecessor organization DCX, Inc., in 1990 as Chief Financial Officer and in October 1991 was elected to the Board of Directors and appointed Secretary and subsequently Treasurer. During his 12 years on the DCX Board of Directors, he successfully managed their financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission, manufacturing contracts, investor relations, and accounting operations.

He served as Vice Chair of the Accountants in Industry Committee of the Colorado Society of CPAs of which he is a member. He also is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Military Comptrollers, Air Force Association, and the American Society for Quality Control.

Beisser served on the Board of Directors for Senior Support Services, a Denver non-profit organization, for 5 years. He began his career in finance with various financial controller and financial management positions around the world while on active duty with the United States Air Force.
