Power agency initiates deregulation analysis for S.C.

Oct. 18, 2000 (Bond Buyer)—Efforts to deregulate the state’s electric utility market continue, as Piedmont Municipal Power Agency has partnered with Alliance Energy Industrial Services, an energy consulting firm, to conduct a complete pricing, cost, and accounting analysis.
