Power-Gen: TVA energy storage project decision expected in ‘weeks’

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 15, 2000–The Tennessee Valley Authority and the U.K.’s Innogy Holdings PLC expect to announce within “weeks” whether modules for a novel new electricity storage system will be fabricated in the U.K. or in the U.S., said Barry Davidson, development manager of subsidiary Innogy Technology Ventures.
