PPL electric utilities selects new customer care software for 1.3 million customers

The Aspect solution will help ensure that PPL Electric Utilities’ customers receive the fastest possible service, while allowing the company to make the most efficient use of resources. PPL Electric Utilities will integrate its contact center with its back-office systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date reports on service interruptions, so the utility can respond effectively and minimize disruptions caused by severe weather.
