PSE&G to use M3I’s workforce management solution to help increase field resource utilization

Based on M3i’s PragmaCAD Workforce Management technology, the utility is implementing OP2000, a unique project that will add increased functionality to their already installed industry standard M3i Real-time Operations Management System (ROMS) which continues to improve customer care, along with operational and bottom line performance.
