Reporter barred from session on NES utility lines

November 13, 2000 (The Tennessean)—The Belle Meade City Commission barred reporters from a meeting of commissioners last week to discuss burying electric utility lines, a move the head of a group of neighborhood papers charged yesterday was illegal.
