Running the numbers at Delaware Electric

St. Paul, MN, Nov. 10, 2005 — Powel-MiniMax, a maker of utility decision support software, announced Delaware Electric is using StakeOut software to manage their entire field operations and work order management process. Delaware management said that StakeOut enabled them to improve productivity, reduce costs, improve customer service, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) more accurately than ever before.

Delaware Electric Co-op chose to invest strategically in technology to capitalize on emerging growth opportunities in its local market.

“The manual processes we were accustomed to couldn’t keep up with the pace of our work; and we had no reliable way to measure or even track our performance. It was time to change,” said Bill Andrew, CEO of Delaware Electric. Andrew said Delaware Electric is now completing more jobs because of the software.

Delaware explained that StakeOut also reduced the amount of paperwork field crews must handle, improved the accuracy of materials lists, and enhanced customer service.
