Shareholders of Wisconsin Public Service and Wisconsin Fuel and Light approve merger

At a meeting of the preferred shareholders of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation on December 8, 2000, the shareholders approved the merger of Wisconsin Fuel and Light Company directly into Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. Common and preferred shareholders of Wisconsin Fuel and Light Company had approved the merger as of November 6, 2000.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., Dec. 12, 2000–Open-c Solutions, a provider of customer solutions for the open-access era, today announced that it has signed a software license and implementation services agreement with WPS Resources Corporation (NYSE: WPS).
