SAN MATEO, Calif. March 3, 2004 — Siebel Systems, Inc. announced that Siebel Systems and IBM will promote Siebel CRM OnDemand to IBM Business Partners looking to have a robust CRM system in place quickly with a minimum investment.
Siebel and IBM will provide customized training packages, services offerings, and promotional pricing to encourage IBM Business Partners to adopt Siebel CRM OnDemand for sales, marketing, and customer service. As part of this initiative, IBM is building automated interfaces with Siebel CRM OnDemand to facilitate deal and pipeline coordination with IBM Business Partners.
Siebel CRM OnDemand, jointly developed, distributed, and serviced by IBM and Siebel Systems, was specifically created to meet the growing market demand for fast, easy, and affordable CRM. Siebel CRM OnDemand provides organizations with an easy-to-use and fast-to-implement hosted CRM solution with low up-front costs. With Siebel CRM OnDemand, IBM Business Partners can deploy CRM projects rapidly, with the ability to grow the system as needs change over time.
IBM Business Partners that purchase Siebel CRM OnDemand by March 31 will receive the first 90 days of usage free, as well as free gold-level support and 24×7 help desk access.
These services offerings are specifically designed to help business partners improve collaboration with IBM, such as streamlined business processes, real-time exchange of lead and deal information with IBM, and accelerated sales cycle. In addition, services offerings contracted in the first 90 days receive a 50 percent discount.
