ATLANTA, Aug. 23, 2002 – CES International, a provider of energy-delivery and network-management software for distribution utilities, finished No. 414 on the Software 500, Software Magazine’s annual listing of the world’s foremost software and services providers.

The Software 500 survey, conducted by Massachusetts research firm The Standish Group, is a comprehensive look at both private and public companies in the software industry. The ranking is based on total worldwide software and service revenue for 2001. This includes revenues from software licenses, maintenance and support, training, and software-related services and consulting.
The Software 500 ranking is first published in print and later posted to www.softwaremag.com.
