Sure Power Corp. names two new board members

DANBURY, Conn., March 20, 2002 — Sure Power Corp., a high-availability power system provider, has appointed two new members to its board of directors: Raymond G. Saleeby, president and CEO of SCG, a business development and management advisory firm focused on the utilities industry and energy ventures, and Allen Ross, a senior partner at Ross & Cohen, a New York law firm.

Saleeby brings to Sure Power Corp. more than 28 years of utility industry experience, including executive management positions at Stone & Webster, Inc., AT&T Solutions, and EDS Management and Consulting Services, as well as a seat on the board of directors for Energy New England. Ross brings his insight into the construction and contracting industries having worked for 35 years as an attorney, mediator and arbitrator in the construction industry in New York City.

In addition, Bill Frederick, CEO of Sure Power Corp., was appointed to the board of directors. Frederick has held leadership positions for thirty years at several prominent national and international construction firms.
