Survey shows customers overwhelmingly favor price stability

The survey, recently conducted by Maxim Consulting, LLC shows that gas customers want their local gas utility to pursue strategies that will prevent future price spikes. The survey results also suggest ways for utilities to regain customer loyalty diminished in the wake of last winter’s price increases.
