Technical Marketing Consulting Firm Goes Global
TECH-MARC, the 11-year-old technical marketing consulting firm specializing in utility and industrial automation, announced a series of changes beginning with a new name and corporate identity. The new name for the company, centres for automation resources (cfar) international ltd., was chosen to more accurately reflect the global activities and mission of the firm, which already has clients in five countries and plans to open offices in three others during 1996.
Core competencies of the new company are squarely focused on the global automation industry with proficiency and experience in a wide range of markets including energy, utilities, transportation and telecommunications. Automation technologies utiliz extensively within these vertical markets, such as supervisory control and data acquisition, geographic information systems, automatic meter reading, process automation, communications and signaling comprise initial target areas.
