TVA will use PECOS.ipm for indirect purchases and for creating a private procurement exchange that will provide TVA customers easier and faster Internet access to certain contracts for materials and services and also provide users with connectivity to public marketplaces such as UtilityFrontier.com. elcom features remotely-hosted technology, ease of use, rapid deployment capability, and ability to add value to business relationships.

CHICAGO, April 2, 2001 – GATX Corporation today announced that it completed the sale of GATX Terminals’ Calnev Pipeline to Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P.
