Transformer relay leaves 29,000 Detroit Edison customers in the dark

HOWELL, Mich., Oct. 26, 2000 (The Detroit News) — A transformer problem plunged about half of Livingston County and parts of Ingham County into darkness for several hours Tuesday night.
