TVA prefers power line through Franklin

FRANKLIN, Sept. 23, 2000 (The Tennessean)–The Tennessee Valley Authority has selected a path beginning in east Franklin as its preferred route for high-voltage transmission lines that will connect to a planned substation in western Williamson County.
