Utility asks West Virginia officials to approve change to power route

Nov. 01, 2000 (Knight Ridder/Tribune)–American Electric Power asked West Virginia state officials Friday to amend the state’s May 1998 order, which approved the utility’s proposed 765,000-volt line from a substation in Wyoming, W.Va., to the Cloverdale station north of Roanoke.
