Utility to customer: If you make waves, we will come

Feb. 27, 2001–When I wrote last week’s commentary (Utility to customer: You break it, you buy it), I was still smarting from my utility’s lack of customer service. I didn’t expect action because of that handful of online rebukes. I simply felt that customer focus should not remain an empty buzz phrase for the utility industry.
