Utility customer experience solutions company Vertex recently appointed Lodewyk Steyn vice president of product development, the company announced.
Bringing extensive experience in the utilities industry, Steyn will broaden the scope of the company’s VertexOne service offering, adding enterprise resource planning and asset management (ERP and EAM) to its fully hosted and managed platform.

As a respected industry veteran and consultant for more than 18 years, Steyn has delivered multiple successful projects to utilities of all sizes, from small public utilities to large investor-owned utilities. Most recently, Steyn served as capability and solutions lead for HCL’s Utility Practice from 2006 to 2015, where he grew the delivery capability by more than 800 percent.
