What I’ve learned from deregulation

When in doubt, cap something: Rate cap has followed rate cap, and although it௿½s obvious none of those quick fixes has solved a thing, the push for rate caps continues. But, really, no amount of rate caps will make new generation magically appear like a coin from behind the ear. And those caps may, in fact, send generation scampering into the far corners to cower.
