Wisconsin Electric and Edison Sault Electric file unbundled rate proposals in Michigan

The filing was made in accordance with Michigan’s “Customer Choice and Electric Reliability Act” and MPSC orders in response to the act. WE and ESE must unbundle their Michigan retail costs so they can offer choice to their Michigan customers beginning Jan. 1, 2002. MPSC approval is anticipated in the fall.
