KEMA-Xenergy sells energy & engineering services division to ConEdison Solutions

Fairfax, Va., March 18, 2003 — KEMA-XENERGY announced the acquisition of the assets of its energy and engineering services division by ConEdison Solutions, a White Plains, New York-based energy service provider.

“The professionals with the energy and engineering services division have had a distinguished career with XENERGY,” continued Warner. “Their consulting and contracting services are well-respected in the industry and by the federal government.
