Calif. Dept. of Water Resources says no energy rate increase needed

The announcement was based on the release of the California Department of Water Resources Revenue Requirements (download the file at http://wwwowe.water.ca.gov/newsreleases/2001/energy5/7-22-01revenue-requirements.doc), which details the Department’s funding needs to cover past and future power purchases made of behalf of the state’s Investor Owned Utilities.
