Click Commerce and Automation Technology integrate automation management system for Alstom Power

Customers accessing Alstom Power’s eService web site, an implementation of Click Commerce’s Channel Management suite, can use ATI’s EasyDOC to view a historical profile of activity, service and repair recommendations from Alstom’s field service organization. This enables Alstom to work collaboratively with its customers in determining parts and service requirements for equipment maintenance to ensure power availability during the nation’s current energy crisis.

DETROIT, June 14, 2001 – International Transmission Co. (ITC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DTE Energy, has asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to require that transmission “free riders” pay for the costs of using ITC’s transmission wires. ITC and its Michigan customers currently pay an estimated $15 million per year to cover the cost of uncompensated uses if its transmission system.
