Illinois Rural Electric Cooperative picks Milsoft engineering system

Abilene, Texas – April 25, 2012 — Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc., Illinois Rural Electric Cooperative has selected Milsoft Utility Solutions’ Engineering Analysis software.
