Survalent to supply SCADA for Grays Harbor PUD, Washington

Survalent Technology, the most trusted provider of smart grid solutions for the control room, has commissioned a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for Grays Harbor PUD, Washington.

Grays Harbor PUD is a community-owned not-for-profit utility that provides electrical service to most of Grays Harbor County, and small portions of Jefferson County, Pacific, and Lewis Counties. Grays Harbor is a member of Energy Northwest (ENW), Washington Public Utility Districts Association (WPUDA), Northwest Public Power Association (NWPPA).

The new system features Survalent’s open-architecture system based on Windows Server. It includes several of Survalent’s open system applications, including: WorldView, SCADA Explorer, command sequence, event data recording, IED Wizard and Control Panel, remote alarm annunciation and SCADA add-in.
