Tadpole-Cartesia appoints Susan Park executive sales manager for North American operations

Carlsbad, Calif., April 25, 2003 — Tadpole-Cartesia, Inc., has announced the appointment of Susan Park as executive sales manager for North American operations.

Reporting to operations director Jason Linley, Park now leads the firm’s business drive into the utilities, transport, local and state government, homeland security, and other GIS-centric markets.

Park is a respected practitioner in delivering customer value. She joins Tadpole-Cartesia after 4-years with GE Network Solutions (formerly GE Smallworld) where she progressed from account manager for the Denver area to sales director, Western Region and Canada.

Prior to moving into sales with GE, Park applied her design and project management skills with Plangraphics, Inc., and was prime support for the company’s utility customers to develop and deploy complex GIS software applications. Earlier career highlights included project management positions with Helix Water District and Niagara Mohawk. Park holds a BS in Geography from Texas A&M.
