Tri-State Generation and Transmission selects SeeBeyond to enable a real-time information network

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., May 14, 2002 — SeeBeyond, the global provider of eBusiness and Application Integration (eAI) solutions, announced that Tri-State Generation and Transmission, a wholesale supplier of electricity throughout Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming, selected SeeBeyond to provide a comprehensive, unified enterprise-application integration solution.

Tri-State will implement the SeeBeyond platform to replace existing interfaces and to enable a real-time infrastructure.

Utilizing SeeBeyond to rapidly and securely exchange business critical information, Tri-State is expected to go live shortly with two prototypes. Integrating critical systems with the SeeBeyond solution, Tri-State will connect its HR payroll system with both its financial and inventory work management systems to guarantee the delivery of data across the enterprise and reduce the cost while centrally managing a diverse integration environment.
